Top topaz jewellery picks for November birthstone jewellery shopping.

Topaz is the traditional birthstone for November and the zodiac sign Scorpio – it is a very hard gemstone, with a Mohs hardness of 8, which makes it suitable for most types of jewellery and for regular wear.

Sugarpuss London has an increasing range of topaz jewellery, including our new Swiss Blue Topaz Ring, which is hand set with a 4mm clear light Swiss blue topaz:

If you after something more opulent, however, we also have these great 18k London Blue Topaz & Black Garnet Earrings (which are now fully hallmarked by the London Assay Office & stamped with our unique studio maker’s mark):

These earrings were especially hard to photograph, because the black garnet kept reflecting in the topaz, but this photo, taken with a macro lens, represents the quality of the earrings well (and at a show we did recently, these earrings were also one of the most admired items on our table).

If those are a bit out of budget, however, then we also these beautiful Pink Topaz, Swarovski & Pearl Earrings:

Don’t forget, we can also make bespoke topaz jewellery items at request – and, depending on what you have in mind, we may be able to offer you a quick turnaround on your piece, as we actually have a huge stash of top quality topaz that we haven’t gotten round to using in our design just yet. Topaz currently in stock includes a lovely strand of chunky pink topaz rondelles; a strand of luscious London blue topaz freeform nuggets; a matching London blue topaz focal pear cut briollete; a few more pink topaz tear drop briolettes (as used in the earrings above); and, finally, two sets of royal swiss blue topaz large cut and water-clear pear briolettes, pictured below:
