Details of Sugarpuss London’s new handmade to order silver rings in sterling silver and 100% recycled silver.
Our new selection of handmade to order rings has started appearing online. Indeed, we have a number of new styles, including wide anticlastic bands in 100% recycled silver and hand twisted silver rings with a lightly hammered finish. We particularly like our new ‘ring on ring’ designs, which will also be made available in a number of other finishes/widths and textures, as well as other precious metals.
We’ve had great fun making these rings and are pleased to report that we have new gemstone rings on the way too, including our ever popular Oregon blue opal rings.

We have been working hard behind the scenes on a new collection of handmade silver rings. We’ve had a fair amount of bespoke ring orders of late (including lots of Russian wedding rings) and sort of went with the flow! We have chunky gemstone cocktail rings coming, as well as these lovely plain silver rings in a choice of finishes – pictured are hammered, tree bark and matt/silk:
All of the new rings will be available in store within the next week or so and we’ll be starting to stock 18k gold rings over the next few months also, however, in the mean time, you can still send us bespoke enquiries for gold rings at firstname.lastname@example.org

SNEAK PEEK: Sleeping Beauty Turquoise Ring & Black Onyx Ring.
We have had these cabochons for around 8 months now and have finally put them to good use. Both rings will be going to the assay office this week (alongside lots of other goodies), so keep checking the site regularly for new items, including diamond earrings and couture pearl pendants.
Details of Sugarpuss London’s new ring collections – coming soon.
This one is still a work in progress – but is entirely made from sterling silver D-shaped wire and sterling silver sheet. The stone is lapis lazuli, which has been given a slight matt finish to contrast with the highly polished silver. We’re mainly experimenting with different techniques at the moment, not to mention constantly rearranging the workshop for the most ideal layout (so I can stop smacking my head on the bench peg every time I bend down to get a mandrel or doming punch etc).
This one shows the stone before we took the high polish off with a bit of tripoli (pulses racing whilst we did it) – we still have a larger, AAA grade, oval lapis with a high polish, which we intend on putting into silver at some point. Slightly overwhelmed with the sheer number of cabochons and cut stones we actually have in stock.. they accumulate and then you do a stock check and realise that perhaps you can’t really justify 50 black onyx cabs, 12 chrysoprase, 4 Andamooka matrix, 6 white sapphires and so on!

A few of our new silver rings are now available to shop online, simply click the link – we’re working on loads more behind the scenes, however, and a couple of these are shown below:
Our new range will feature handmade flower rings, some of which will be adorned with beautiful handmade hammered butterflies and some of which will be plain (as above). All parts are handmade (rather than cast) and most will be one off designs or handmade to order items. Our new collection will also feature new gemstone cluster rings and new pearl cluster rings as well as bezel set gemstone rings too – we’re just getting enough together so we can hallmark on batch and reduce the cost price for you.
Details of Sugarpuss London’s new jewellery items coming soon.
We’ve been working hard to bring you some more great selections and will be uploading them to the site all this week. New items include these beautiful rings pictured below, chunky pearl bracelets, more childen’s jewellery, a black Lightening Ridge opal necklace, and amethyst earrings. There’s so much more to come in the following weeks too so, if you’re a jewellery lover, keep your eyes peeled and check back often:
Details about our new handmade rings and hand set gemstone rings that will start appearing within the next few weeks.
We are very excited at the moment as we’re just gearing up to release a new set of handmade rings – below is one such example – a 4mm swiss blue topaz hand set into a custom made setting and onto a thick chunky silver base. This isn’t the only style we have coming, however, as we also have a chunky silver starfish ring, more beaded cocktail rings (completely handmade) and a few more gem set rings, such as an oregon sunstone ring and Honduran opal ring.
Please allow for the fact that the picture is a quick photo taken with a Nokia mobile and not a proper store photo – the ring isn’t completely polished up yet either, but we just had to show you.
Watch out for similar rings in mixed precious metals next year (for instance, an 18k gold tube top setting on a silver ring base). We love this style – it just screams contemporary. It’s hard to tell from our picture, but the stone is set into a custom made high bezel setting. We chose to make a topaz ring as, of course, it’s the birthstone for next month.
